391 000… C’est le nombre d’espèces végétales recensées sur notre planète. Tant d’espèces que nous ne connaissons pas. Tant d’espèces dont nous ignorons tout. Tant d’espèces qui disparaissent chaque jour, avant même que nous ayons pu déceler leurs vertus. Face à ce constat, Virginie et Stéphane Philizot décident de se fixer un objectif de taille : mener un projet de recherche sur l’identification et la conservation des oléagineux à travers la planète. Ils souhaitent dresser un inventaire de ces espèces, étudier leurs compositions mais également œuvrer pour leur préservation.
